Just got my braces yesterday. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was told what was happening and why while they were getting put on and I appreciated that. I look forward to seeing the end result!

Bellamy has been great so far. They explained everything in a way that I could understand when I got my braces on.

So impressed with the service we recieved today. Went in for full records and left with spacers and an appointment in four days for upper braces and head gear. Staff are amazing and knowledgeable.

Best Orthodontist place in Nanaimo, great staff! Everyone is super friendly and I genuinely look forward to the appointments. I’m only halfway done my treatment and the results are already insane. Shoutout to Robyn for being the best assistant <3
